At 406 for Kids we know that, and when you need it most, we’ll be right there with a smile, a hug, a soft ear, to run an errand or give a much needed break leaving families more time and energy to spend on the really important stuff…helping their child get better.

On July 1, 2022, "The Sunshine Factory" opened its doors to Montana families to begin serving its mission as a "home away from home" for Logan Health Children's patients and their families.
This 5,000 square foot home offers a quiet space where guests can spend a few hours enjoying a bit of peace and quiet, a warm meal and, most importantly, re-charging, relaxing and rejuvenating to better support their children when they return to the hospital.
Meet Sunny Bear!
Sunny Bear was born on February 13, 2020 at Logan Health Children’s — a tiny rainbow bear with a huge heart.
Ever since, he’s been spreading smiles everywhere he goes.
He turns Crappy into Happy!
Sunny gives legendary hugs, and comforts kids who need a little extra courage. He’s soft, snuggly, and built for holding tight.
When he’s not cheering up children, Sunny is learning all he can about Childhood Wellness and sharing fun facts with kids across the Flathead Valley.
First responders also rely on Sunny. Life Flight crews, firefighters, and emergency teams give Sunny Bears to children during stressful moments to help them feel safe.
As the Brand Ambassador of 406 For Kids, thousands of Sunny Bears have already found their way into the arms of kids who need them most.
